Defective or Incorrect Items: You must email us within 30 days of receiving the product if it’s defective or you received the wrong item. We cannot accept returns or refunds after this period.

Product Condition: Items must be in the same condition you received them, unworn, unused, with tags, and in the original packaging.

Customized Products: Unfortunately, we do not accept returns or exchanges for custom products (such as special orders, personalized items, or custom nail sets), except in cases of quality issues. Note: Slight color differences due to monitor display variances are not considered quality issues.

Non-returnable Items: This includes perishable goods, personal care items, hazardous materials, or flammable liquids. Sale items and gift cards are also non-returnable.
Return Process:

Shipping: We recommend shipping the return package via USPS/UPS with a tracking number to ensure safe delivery. Please note that we are not responsible for lost or stolen packages without proof of shipment.

Original Condition: Returned items must be kept in their original state (unworn, unused, no alterations such as cutting, washing, dyeing, or restyling). If items show signs of use or damage, we will deduct the corresponding cost from your refund.
Restocking Fee:
A restocking fee may apply for orders that are refused at the time of delivery or returned due to an undeliverable address. Unauthorized refusals or returns at the time of delivery are not allowed, and the buyer will be responsible for those costs.
International Returns:
For returns outside of the United States, the buyer is responsible for any tariffs or additional fees.
Refunds:
- After we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you via email if the refund is approved or rejected.
- If approved, your refund will be processed through your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that your bank or credit card provider may take additional time to process the refund.

Exchanges:
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have. Once the return is accepted, you can make a separate purchase for the new item.
To exchange:
- Please return the original product to us first. After we receive and inspect it, we will notify you if the return is accepted.
- If you wish to exchange for a higher-priced item, you will need to pay the price difference. If exchanging for a lower-priced item, we will refund the difference.
Damages and Issues:
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong item, so we can make it right.
European Union 14-Day Cooling-Off Period:
For orders shipped to the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason. The item must be in the same condition you received it, with tags, and in the original packaging.
