What is Store Credit?

Store Credit is virtual money you can spend directly in our store. You can earn it through promotions, returns, or special rewards. The credit is automatically added to your account, and you can use it during checkout.

How to Check Your Store Credit Balance

1. Log into your account: Visit our website and sign in.
2. Go to your account page: Click the account icon at the top right corner.
3. View Store Credit: On your account page, look for the "Store Credit" section to see your current balance.

How to Use Store Credit When Shopping

1. Add items to your cart: Browse our site and select the products you want.
2. Proceed to checkout: Click the cart icon, then select "Checkout."
3. Apply Store Credit: On the checkout page, find the option to "Use Store Credit." Check this box to apply your credit to the order. If your credit doesn't cover the full amount, you can choose another payment method for the remaining balance.
4. Complete your order: Review your order details, then click "Pay Now" to finish the purchase.

Note: If you want to use a different payment method, click "Check out as guest" at the bottom to see more options. Don't forget to check "Apply store credit" again.
