How to Measure Your Nails

Method 2 Adhesive Tape

1. Apply the adhesive tape to your nail, making sure the tape covers the widest point of the nail bed
2. Use a fine marker or pen to mark the edges of both sides of the nail that the tape covers.
3. Remove the tape from your nail. Using a ruler, measure the widest distance between the two marked lines on the tape. Write down your measurements and repeat this for each nail.
